Kimberly Hahn
Most conversions to the Catholic faith take place quietly. For Scott and Kimberly Hahn, however, that was not the case. The dramatic story of their entrance into the Catholic Church, told in the best-selling book, Rome, Sweet Home, is known around the world. Kimberly is mother of six children, a home-school mom who delights in her role as wife, mother and homemaker. In addition, she is a talented writer and teacher. Her recent books include Chosen and Cherished: Biblical Wisdom for Your Marriage and Life Giving Love. Kimberly is a highly sought-after speaker and we are delighted to have her lead this retreat.
Fr. Hampton Davis
Fr. Davis is pastor of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish in Lafayette, LA. He has served on campus ministry at ULL and as a professor of Homiletics and Pastoral Counseling at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. He is a dynamic preacher and has given many marriage enrichment retreats.

Please Note Roommate Policy for 2010
While we would like to accommodate everyone’s choice of roommates, this will NOT be possible in 2010 unless all roommates pay at the same time. No form will be processed nor any room assigned unless ALL roommates requested are registered together online or by hard copy. Please do not risk losing your room for retreat by sending in your form with other women’s names who are not also registered and paid. |
Hilton Residents:
Three options while space is available. All rooms have two double beds: 4/room, 3/room or 2/room. Note on form ONLY the names of roommates who are paying at the same time. We cannot guarantee adjoining rooms. If only one check is sent, clearly list names of participants.
NOTE: If 3 women wish to room together they may NOT request a quad room; they must pay for a triple.
Cancelled check is your receipt. Please take responsibility for paying balance BEFORE Dec 1.
$180/person - 4/room
$210/person - 3/room
$270/person - 2/room
Meals: 3 Sat, 1 Sun
Deposit $100. Balance by 12/1.
Commuters:
Pay in full now; no meals.
Weekend - $110/person
Saturday - $70/person

OR $10 INCREASE AFTER THIS DATE.
REFUNDS:
Requests made by Dec. 1 will be honored for the full amount. Those who cancel after Dec. 1 will be assessed a $65 fee. No refunds issued three weeks before the retreat, except medical emergencies. We cannot transfer payments from one retreat to another.
NOTES:
? For women 18 years and older. No Men in attendance please.
? Opening session: 7:30 p.m.
? Residents: arrive after 4:00 p.m. Friday to check in to hotel.
? Commuters: arrive after 6 p.m. Friday to hotel.
? Retreat concludes Sunday with Mass ending about 12:30 pm.
INFANTS:
Moms with infants under one may bring them if they arrange for their own roommates and pay the room rate based on the number of adults (we will not assign anyone to a room with an infant). If a babysitter comes and that person sleeps and eats on retreat, she will have to register. Provide your own Pack n Play.
